Hotfix 0.3.24b and 0.3.24c

We had some minor fixes and adjustments with two hotfixes over the last weeks, which increase the stability of our MMORPG and also added some quality of life.

General:

• One of the Christmas Day Quests got a new reward for this year.
• A player now auto declines a duel request if he is currently interacting with something else.
• A player who logs out can no longer be traded with.
• The game now spaces out reconnects over time, if the connection was lost, to increase the chance of reconnecting.

User-Interface:

• The cast bar is now on top of the dialog window.
• Interaction options in dialogs which span multiple lines, now show up correctly.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a bug where a connection stayed open in a client, while it should be closed.
• Fixed a bug where entities did not despawn correctly for some other entities.
• Fixed a bug where some actions continued to be executed while the player started to logout.
• Fixed a bug where it was possible to send ingame mail while being away from the mailbox.
