STEIN - Infrastructure Upgrade (v0.3.23)

We moved the games infrastructure to a new system, which hopefully resolves our issues where some servers could not be connected to (especially Europe). Besides that we did some bigger changes for our Moderation Tools.

General:

• Reworked the moderation tools.
• Support for the new infrastructure.
• Tooling for better investigating server stuck issues.

User-Interface:

• Added the reload button to the maintenance UI which shows while game server is still online.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a typo in some error messages when registering.
• Fixed a bug where a wrong error message popped up when you did not repeat the password correctly on register.
• Fixed a bug where players could no longer login, because their player was stuck in a despawn loop.
