STEIN - Hotfix v0.3.21b

This is a small hotfix patch, which fixes some problems and tries out some stability improvements for the service.

General:

• Improved some backend services for (hopefully) better stability.
• Added Fireworks to Crate of Surprise and Premium Shop

User Interface

• Added short description to some entries in the premium shop

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a bug where a players guild was not visible after login.
• Fixed a bug where a players level was not updated correctly in the player panel.
• Fixed a bug where enemies with a walking range of zero did run around and ignored all collision.
